"This is a great find! A bar where adults can enjoy a (not so quiet) drink in the evening and the children are more than happy to leave them in peace! There is a huge outdoor space where invariably there is a ball being kicked around, and in a corner there are swings and other playground equipment. As there is only one entrance you can relax, knowing that the children are contained, yet they are able to enjoy their freedom.
A good range of snacks is available from the bar and in the summer months there is a hamburger stall selling chips etc at very reasonable prices. It isnt any wonder that this is such a popular venue with locals as well as holiday-makers, catering for adults, young teenagers and children as young as three or four."

"We did go to a nice restaurant in town Los Curros, with a large party of Spanish friends, a few weeks back, which was lovely – totally Spanish, totally family-oriented, place where the kids all run around and the food keeps coming at you for hours: great way to spend an afternoon! And there are some amazing posh seafood places on the beachfront that we like to take overseas guests to" (LP, Jan 2011)

"Chilimosa is a wonderful little restaurant in the old town of Tarifa. The food is spicy, fresh vegetarian. I love going there as you know the ingredients are selected with care and are perhaps even taken from Sairas own garden. She changes the menu regularly when she has come up with - yet another - delicious new dish!" (MVDW, Sept 2011)
