Hiking is one of the most enjoyable leisure activities in Mallorca, and is popular with visitors and locals alike. The hiking trails that span the whole Tramuntana Mountain range offer the most popular routes; these are generally well signposted, often follow ancient footpaths and offer stunning views in un-spoilt surroundings. There are many walks all over the island, for all fitness levels. Numerous guidebooks offering detailed mapping and guidance for each route are available from bookshops in Mallorca. www.mallorcahiking.com

    Comments:
"Ostriches. They are fascinating! Feeding was fun, but the highlight was having the kids each go for a ride. Our 5 year old jumped on first and was so excited! Then our 7 year old, followed by our 12 year old. They loved it and they love watching the videos of them riding almost as much as doing it. It's not cheap, but we thought it was well worth it." (Kris Palouda)

"From the moment we arrived we were given an extremely warm welcome, we were personally looked after by one of the owners who gave us a great insight into the animals, answered all of our questions and stayed with us for about 2 hours showing us all around the farm." (Adrian M)

The activity is accompanied by biologists and trainers. The dolphin encounter starts with a 15 min talk to introduce you into the dolphin’s world (in English and Spanish). In the dolphinarium training techniques are demonstrated and you will have the possibility to observe how the dolphins follow your indications.
