    Owner and Chef Joan Torrens opened Es Baluard restaurant n 1994. Through his efforts, dedication, and continuous innovation over the last 10 years, he has become one of the main pioneers of New Mallorcan Cuisine. Joan modernises traditional recipes and at the same time adapts the menu on a regular basis to include seasonal products.

    Es Parc is a modern, family-run restaurant in the picturesque village of Selva. Located at the top of the hill, it has wonderful views of the Tramuntana mountain range, which you can enjoy whether you are out on the terrace during the summer months or inside in a temperature controlled environment (glass windows surround the dining room).

    "Our favourite place to eat in our area is Es Parc in Selva. Right behind the church. In the summer you can sit and eat out whilst the kids can play safely in the area in front of the restaurant. Lovely views, and the gin and tonics in fish bowl size glasses and the Bison speciality are a must!" (KN, August 2010)
